are usually determined by agreement with the client, especially with regards to the circumstances and complexity of the case and the needs and capabilities of the client. The remuneration can be determined i.a. by the following ways:
■ hourly rate
■ fixed remuneration for the case, regardless of the time required for the legal service provided
■ according to the Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 177/1996 Coll., Lawyer's tariff, i.e for each act of the legal service according to the number of acts of the legal service performed by a lawyer
■ success fee
In the case of permanent cooperation, a flat fee can be set for a certain period of time (usually a month).
As part of the takeover of the case, the first consultation is free of charge.
